Partner/EVP

Brian is responsible for overall operations and financial management at East Oak Homes. Prior to East Oak Homes, Brian worked at Centex Homes in asset management and strategic planning for the Orlando Division.

Partner/VP of Operations

Matt is a state-certified general contractor with over 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience. Matt brings national and custom homebuilder experience in oversight of all construction aspects of East Oak Homes.

Project Manager

Tom manages, plans, schedules and coordinates the construction of our quality-built homes. He  ensures all production is completed in the new home and in a timely manner by managing quality, contractors, material delivery and ensuring all building and safety codes are met.
